After preparing your web page, you need to figure out all the keywords and put it into meta tag of the page.
It may be difficult to find out all the keyword in the page.
Here is a good tool to find out the keyword of your weh page.
http://www.online-utility.org/webmaster/keyword_suggestion.jsp
It will parse your web page and provides you a list of keyword. It also provides you all the synonyms keywords.
What you need to do is provide the URL and click the "Procees Text" button.
It will provide a long list of suggestion to you. You can then make use of the output to generate your keyword list.
